We’ve made many internal changes to our salon and spa procedures and we wanted to share the ones that will affect you at your visit. We invite you to below and learn what we’ve done and what you can expect during your next visit to BeLeaf Salon and Spa. Stay safe and well!

Being healthy and well

We ask that if you have any symptoms to NOT come into your appointment. Our team will be following the same protocols to ensure health and safety for you and our team members.


Please know how very important providing excellent service is to us

These new measures we are taking are temporary until we can get back safely to providing services with the high standards and comfort that you’ve come to expect from us. We hope that will be sooner than later!


Please come alone to your appointment

We will not be able to accommodate extra family members, children or friends. If they come with you, they will need to wait outside. If your child has an appointment, we will be providing a separate wait area. If at any time the space is at capacity, you may be asked to wait outside.


When you arrive for your appointment at the salon & spa, please wait outside until you can enter while practicing social distancing.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Please be on time and patient. When you come in, we’ll ask that you use hand sanitizer provided, sign a Liability Waiver Form and then, you will be immediately escorted to the styling chair or spa room with your provider.


All guests will be required to wear a mask that hooks behind the ears

All our staff members will be required to wear masks as well. We will do our best to apply your hair colour without getting it on your mask. It would be best to use a disposable mask if you are concerned with hair colour stains. If you do not have a mask, you may purchase one from us for $2.  We will have a sanitization table at our entrance and we ask you to sanitize your hands when you arrive. Gloves must be worn during retail shopping only if you would like to handle the products.


Six Feet Rule

Please be mindful of our employees and other guests. We have installed Plexiglass in area that are not Six feet or more apart.


Floor decals

Please follow our beautiful floor decals as we now have one-way traffic and have marked out safe areas to check in, view retail and check out.


Salon capes

We will be using styling capes as usual (which are always washed in between uses). Guests will be seated at every station as we have installed Plexiglass.


Best Practices and Rituals

We will not be offering beverages at this time, so please bring your own water with you. Toward the end of your service, a member of our guest care team will begin the checkout process while you’re in the styling chair. We will total your service, gratuity, and your home care products (we will gather and bag them for you). If you would like to tour the retail area, please let your service provider know and they can assist you.

Our service rituals will look different at this time. We will be implementing Aroma Rituals in place of your Make Up Finishing Touch. All other Rituals that you have come to love will be offered following all of our new best practices safety protocols. We have very strict cleanliness and training protocols in place that all of our team members will be following. 


Spa rooms

Spa beds will be covered with vinyl coverings and pillow cases,  that will be disinfected between each guest. We follow all health and safety protocols for proper sanitation using hospital grade disinfectant on all implements.

Our Manicure tables will have shields and our Spa Therapists will wear a face masks and shields to protect themselves and you.


At this time we will be accepting all forms of payment, although debit and credit is preferred

Our Guest Service Team will be disinfecting the debit terminal and desk area after every transaction. Our reception is protected with Plexiglass and will also be disinfected between each use.


We will be booking future appointments during your service time

To shorten the amount of time you’re spending in the building and eliminate the number of staff we need to have working please look ahead at your calendar so we can schedule your preferred day and time while you are having your service.


By chance appointments

If you find yourself in Wolfville and would like to enquire about appointment times in person, Instructions for entering will be listed on our door. A member of our guest service team will be happy to help you with appointments or retail purchases.


We sincerely appreciate your support

This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. As these circumstances are ever changing, they will require our constant attention and re-evaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as make the necessary adjustments.
