Our Team of Professionals believe that learning never ends.  As a full service Aveda Salon & Spa, we offer advanced salon services in cutting, colouring, Signature facials, Signature body treatments, therapeutic and relaxation massages, manicures, pedicures, make-up artistry, lash enhancements and waxing services.

Our Policies


Guarantee

Our services are guaranteed for one week with guests using recommended products. We do not offer refunds for service; however, for Aveda products, we can exchange or offer you a credit note. Exchanges must be done within 14 days with original receipt.  

 

No-Show Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved for you. We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to keep your reservation.

We ask for 48-hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation out of respect for our team. This can be done through our Beleaf Salon & Spa App, our online booking site, or by calling/emailing the Guest Services Team.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations do not allow us adequate time to fill the space with a guest from our extensive waitlist. This results in lost income for your service provider and our local small business. All no-shows will be charged 100% of their missed reservation. This fee must be paid in full prior to reserving future appointments.

 

Appointment Confirmations

Please confirm your appointments. We require confirmation for all reservations. You will receive a text or email notification 72 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm, we will phone to confirm 48 hours prior.

Reservations not confirmed 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to cancellation.

 

Group Bookings and Wedding Bookings

Credit cards will be required for all group reservations. 48-hours’ notice will be required to make changes to the booking.

Weddings will be confirmed 1 week prior to the wedding to confirm all appointments. Changes to the booking will require 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the 48hrs will be charged 100% of the original booking.
